Clean, large enough for family with 3 levels and 3 bedrooms, have a family room and big kitchen. Last but not least, affordable price and strategic place.
Feels like own apartment since here you can do everything from cooking to everything you do at home. Its not like traditional hotel. So I really liked it. But the double bed rooms are too tiny. Rest is okay. :)
Good accomodation with appartments with lots of space. Parking undergroud available, but feels a bit dark. Trash in front of the parking, but clean appartments. The elevator in our block (block 8) was working, but lights were broken. That does feel a bit claustrophobic when te doors close. Nonetheless, we had a good stay here.
Clean, spacious enough for 6 adults, and well-situated right off the Royal Mile. We were warm and comfortable, and appreciated having the option of a kitchen and family room to gather in. We felt comfortable walking down the fairly well-lit Tollgate Lane to the apartment, and found it to be nice and quiet at night as the road is closed to through traffic.

The flat was huge and of a high standard. The underground garage was great also, knowing my car was secure whilst spending time out exploring Edinburgh.
I booked an apartment for 5 of us and contacted the owner, Morgan, to ask a question. He was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking. I was very disappointed to cancel because my emails with Morgan were very helpful. He was so nice that I wanted to leave a review of his excellent, kind and timely behavior.
